The EJOT Altracs® Plus screws with self-tapping thread are used for direct screw connections in demanding operating conditions. The thread geometry is optimized for light metals and other non-ferrous metals such as zinc, copper or brass. They can be screwed directly into the cast hole, which reduces production costs. Thread creation and additional securing elements are saved. The screw connection has special self-locking properties and protects the component even under difficult conditions such as vibration, thermal or dynamic stress. The high load-bearing capacity is based on a large thread depth. The reliable fasteners can be reused more than once
